Nicola BeckleyAn experienced concert artist, Nicola Beckley has performed extensively as a soloist in oratorio in wide-ranging repertoire including Bach Christmas Oratorio, B minor Mass, and St John Passion, Handel Messiah,Vivaldi Gloria, Beethoven Missa Solemnis, Durufle Requiem, Rossini Petite Messe Solenelle, Mendelssohn Elijah, Verdi Requiem and Brahms Alto Rhapsody. Touring with numerous leading professional vocal groups, she has appeared in many prestigious European venues including the Royal Festival Hall, Royal Albert Hall, Westminster Abbey, Vienna Musikverein, Lucerne Concert Hall, Berliner Philharmonie and  Paris Chatelet Theatre. In this capacity, she has also sung solos for several prestigious conductors including Simon Rattle, Charles Mackerras, and Richard Hickox.

After reading mathematics at Warwick University, she undertook post-graduate study in Voice and Opera at the Royal College of Music with Margaret Cable. She has taken part in masterclasses given by Kurt Equilutz, Emma Kirkby and Nicholas Cleobury and continues to study with Colin Baldy .

She has given many song recitals, particularly of German Lieder, to critical acclaim, performing Schubert's Winterreise with renowned accompanist Simon Over. She has also performed contemporary music as part of the Park Lane Group in the Purcell Room and with the English National Opera Studio in the Coliseum. In opera she has also sung at the Royal Opera House, English National Opera and Salzburg Festival Opera and toured in fringe theatre as Cherubino Figaro, Sorceress Dido and Aeneas, Mrs Noye Noye's Fludde, and Olga Eugene Onegin.
